How can I see what accounts were protected by an import safeguard?

I'm not getting the data I need from the Import Monitoring dashboard, or maybe I'm looking for it in the wrong place.

My org has org- and app-level import safeguards enabled, so if a given import would remove access for more than n% of our users the import is paused and admins get alerted. Fine, great. Very helpful.

The information sent in the alert is sparse; it's something like "[import source] would have removed 80 out of 3290 app assignments (2.4%). This exceeds the current limit..." That's helpful, too, it gives a sense of the scope of the issue. What I fully expect when I then open up the Import Monitoring dashboard is to be able to expand that failed import run and see very plainly a list of the affected users. That, I do not see.

OK, fine, surely looking in the related system logs will reveal the list, maybe bundled up in some JSON or something, but surely the logs will have the list. Friends, they do not. Even when I download the system logs as a CSV and pore through it, there's zero indication about who was affected, which I think we can all agree is pretty basic and critical diagnostic info.

So where can I find that information? Is it on the roadmap? The list must be generated in processing to be able to tell that the threshold has been breached - is it just dropped on the floor? That makes no sense to me.

Any advise appreciated!
