I want to call OKTA API to validate the user email and password from my application.
Is there a way to validate user credentials (username and password) for the application?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
Unfortunately, after performing some research, I wasn't able to find a c* example on how validate the user from your application but you could try to leverage the Okta Authentication API calls to do so.
Additionally, my advice would be to also leverage the Okta Developer forums for this type of questions and take advantage of their expertise.
