dse7i (dse7i) asked a question.

How can we change the password expiration date for a batch of users?

We need to force some users to update their a passwords but we want to give them a few weeks to do it. How can we change their password expiration dates?

  • Hi @dse7i (dse7i) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

The password expiration date is defined by the Password Policies

You can configure a new password policy and assign it to a specific group of users and set it at a higher priority that the one that applies to all other users.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
