Trying to integrate OKTA user profile updates into an existing C# console application, that will be pulling the update data from SQL Server. The SQL Server piece I have, but I don;t know where to look for any C# examples of OKTA profile upserts.

I've been looking around and it does not seem that we have any out-of-the-box solutions for this.
my advice would be to reach out to the devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.
While we'll do our best to answer all of your questions here, this medium is more inclined towards Okta core products.
