Hello, I'm attempting to integrate Salesforce with Okta using the guidelines provided by Okta:

I have a few queries:
1. Should the "Instance Type" for a developer's Salesforce account be "production" or "sandbox"?
2. Is the value of the current domain listed under "My domain" in the salesforce is the value of the Custom domain?
3. Do the steps listed in the document apply to "community" & "standard salesforce" User Profile & Type?
I followed all the instructions, but I can't seem to find the provisioning tab. When is it noticeable? I should get the provisioning option, as specified in the document.
I was successfully redirected to Okta from the salesforce login page when I tried to test it for a user, but after entering the username and password. I received the following error:
Please assist in clarifying my queries and identifying the error.
