Is this for the purposes of accessing your account? If so, you will need to reach out to your org admin for assistance.
Otherwise, you can change by navigating to your dashboard, choosing settings, then you will see "forgotten password question" which you can now change.

From the end user dashboard you can reset the security question. Settings > More actions > Remove ...Then you can select a question from there..
