We're getting charged for an Auth0 account which we do not own. I've been trying to contact any kind of support possible for over a week now and it doesn't seem like a support team even exists based on my experience so far. I even created an Okta account to try and get in touch with someone, but the support seems nonexistent or completely incompetent. Does anyone have a number or email I can contact to get in touch with a live person, not a AI bot asking me to type in some account information we do not have, because again we DO NOT own an account. Thanks for any help in advance.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are facing. Currently, the Auth0 Support is handled through a different dedicated team, but I've reached out to them to see what we can do to help you out.
Unfortunately, due to the limitation on the support flow side, you will need to sign up for a trial account on https://auth0.com/signup so the Auth0
Community team can open a ticket on your behalf for tracking and security. From there they'll be able to engage the appropriate resources to resolve the matter.
