Removing someone from Okta but the SSO still occuring

We currently have the everyone group setup in Okta for Google workspace, recently we removed a user from Okta and tried to access that users gmail account and Okta sso still asked us to login as that user even though they no longer have an Okta account.is this do the everyone group as I was unable to remove that user from that group?

can we create anew group for all google workspace user rather then using the everyone group.

    Hi @wig0z (wig0z),

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

The behaviour that you are seeing is expected if you are using SAML as the SSO method between Okta and Google Workspace, because once your Google domain is configured with Okta, all users will have to authenticate through the Okta services and only Google Workspace users assigned to the Super Administrator role can bypass SSO and log in directly to https://admin.google.com.

what means removed a user from Okta? deactive it then delete it from Okta? Have you search the user in the people of Okta. Could you check the logs of this user?
