Workflows Vs Zapier
Hello All,
I'm new to Workflows and wondering what is the difference between Workflows and Zapier integration.
As far as I see, it looks the same

@VivekP.33882 (Customer) I have no real familiar with Zapier as it is not an Okta product. However, after reviewing a Youtube video Zapier appears to be a "Code based" automation solution with some built-in options.
The Okta Workflows product is a no-code automation tool with most options built in.
While they are both automation tools they seem to implement themselves very differently.

I would agree, while fundamentally these tools may have similar goals, you would achieve them quite differently. As long as Okta is your IDP and you are licensed for them, I would suggest giving Workflows a try using the templates.. pretty powerful stuff. Thanks!
