OKTA Agente AD
It is impossible login for all the accounts of my organization. I have installed de Okta AD Agent versión 3.10.
I do believe that this is part of the problem.
Could you help me to determine it ?

Install the Okta Active Directory Agent
Please reference the above for instructions on installation and version history. Of note, the latest version is 3.13. Also, there are prerequisites for the AD Agent, so be sure to review the ones that are important to your environment. You can find those here: Active Directory integration prerequisites
First and foremost, do you have an Okta super admin account that you can login to the Okta Admin portal to inspect the logs? Assuming that no one is able to login using AD creds, you would need the account to be mastered by Okta and have the creds maintained by Okta.
I would inspect the logs for a test user to further review potential root cause. Please share back here what you find so we can further assist. Thanks!
