Custom Authenticator availability in Developer Account
We've an existing solution to send push notifications to registered mobile devices for login consent. We are migrating to Okta enterprise wide and I've been playing around to port the passwordless solution to Okta. Per documentation, it seems we can setup Custom Authenticator, however, I don't see this option in Authenticators section.
Is this not available in developer account or will it be added on request?
Can somebody please explain what are the options to evaluate custom authenticator

the default develope account without FIDO2 WebAuthn Authentioncator. but can apply to add it. FIDO2 WebAuthn is use for passwordless. It can add Yubikey/Mac Touch ID/Windows Hello.
