I need help to create CSV file to import users in bulk. I need a sample CSV file. What I am downloading from internet is creating problem all the time. May be I am filling wrong way Because I am new at OKTA platform.
Please see the attached template for an example csv.
Furthermore, you can grab another by going to your Okta Admin portal, navigating to Directory > People and then selecting More Actions. Under the drop down, select "Import Users from CSV". From here a pop-up will appear allowing you to either upload a CSV or download the template. You can see in your capture above, "..This Template" is a link.

I tried to fill the same data in file and got some error enclosed above. please share with me by adding one or two dummy user enteries. Thanks in Advanced
In the case of the attached document above, you would need to input the information unique to each user. Of note, the following are required values for every user:
If you are receiving an error for the manager value still, test with one user without the value for manager and lets see if that works. Also, what value are you using for Manager?
