Okta Reset - Juniper iPads

Hi Support,

 

The OKTA reset shortcut on the Juniper iPads isn’t working for the SMS option for multiple staff, maybe for all. I have shown this to Ronak in the office with my own account on a random training iPad.. please follow up as a priority as I know this is happening on multiple iPads at the least.

 

To clarify SMS was sent but the code did not work. When using the email option, OKTA directed the user to sign into a pc which isn’t an option for carers obviously.

 

OKTA didn’t send the SMS at all

    Hi, to clarify, these iPads are receiving SMS codes, but they are not working? Do these SMS codes work if sent to other devices? What do the logs say for a test user?

  • Users have registered their personal mobile for SMS. So whenever Users try to reset their password using Okta Reset app which is installed on iPads. they are not getting authentication codes on their registered personal mobile phone.

     

    hope this will make sense.
