I see that dataflow are available to AWS and splunk cloud. Are there any plans for an out of the box integration to Sentinel?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find if there are any plans for Okta to have an out of the box integration with Sentinel, but you can keep up with the new functionalities that are being developed/released by checking the Okta Roadmap:
Additionally, you can submit a feature request in case you would like to see such functionality. The best way to file a feature request would be from the community site.
Once feature requests are submitted they are visible to other Okta admins, who can vote on them to provide more visibility. Using this method will allow you to maintain visibility on your feature requests throughout the process.
