Controlling access to Google workspace with Okta
Hello Everyone,
Outside of using IP addresses, is there a way to control how a user can access Gmail, Calendar, Drive, with Okta, my pass place we used Okta desktop, not sure how that was configured, but is there a way to control how a user access GWS with Okta. Basically we do not want people to be able to be able to login to our Google workspace environment, unless they are using our asset, so far what we are doing is tunneling google traffic back to our firewall to accomplish, but I figured there is an Okta solution that would fix this.

Basically, you can add multiple MFA types to any integrated app, including Google Workspace.
