Hello Community,
I would like to see how other Okta / SAP SuccessFactors users are handling DefaultLocale and WORK Address information form SuccessFactors to Okta.
We are working on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors towards Okta (HR as a Source)
The OIN contains a default connector that is working but is missing some crucial attributes we would like to receive.
Address:
We are able to pull the address, zip code, and city from the “Employee profile”, (but this is their HOME address information. This is not what we need)
We would like to receive the WORK address, zip code, and city from the user.
This is stored in the “Location Object”(Foundation Object)
This is (according to the schema and documentation: https://saml-doc.okta.com/Provisioning_Docs/SuccessFactorsEmployeeCentral_Provisioning.html) Not available in the Supported Entities and Attributes.
DefaultLocale:
This contains the country Language Code that we would like to use, to provide end-users with the right Okta language settings ate provisioning
Like:
· de_DE
· en_GB
· en_US
· es_MX
· fr_FR
· nl_NL
We are unable to find the attribute as part of the OIN.
If you are using this option also, how did you get the default locale out of SAP SuccessFactors to Okta?
We tried creating a Workflow to look at a language, But how to determine if “English” is “en_US” or “en_GB”

If the attribute at hand is not supported at this time, there is not much we can do from a Support standpoint. SAP needs to reach out to our engineering team and work together to add this attribute into the Application Schema.
Also, this requests needs to come from SAP, to our engineering team.
