We're trying to build an SPA, and followed these steps:

It is working when we did this for a demo app in Okta, but when trying to set the same up for our client, we are getting the following 401 error:

errorSummary: "You do not have permission to access the feature you are requesting"
We have checked to confirm that our emails have been added to this application. What might we be doing wrong?
PS our client has 2FA set up. Don't know if that comes into play here.
