I have vendors in my user list and I want to export all the users with certain email / domain names. I do not see any way to accomplish this. The search feature is very basic and only has the "starts with" option. I need a ends with option. How can I accomplish. My goal is to clean up our user count.

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have done some research and unfortunately I wasn't able to find a way in which you could use an "ends with" option for the search list therefore I assume that you could submit a feature request or even vote an existing one to have this functionality implemented. The best way to file a feature request would be from the community site.
Additionally, you could try to leverage the Rockstar Add On to see if you are able to search for users based on your requirement:
As another option that I could think of, you could download a report with all users from your tenant and filter the accounts you want to delete in an Excel file in order to use this file in a bulk delete users API script as explained in the article provided below:
