I am not able to login on web application after following you recommended instruction, User is already registered on okta SAML2.0,But okta still redirecting on logging page

Can you give little more clarity on the issue , like in what way you are trying (SP initiated flow or Idp initiated). Also in the login screen are you able to see okta's saml option ? You can also verify that in the saml configuration part of the app , you have enabled the option to enforce users through SSO .
I try with SP initiated, okta page asked username and password of registered okta saml2 user after providing again send me on my web application login page where I click on SSO. But it need to enter inside application main page.
