Set Landing Page from Dashboard/Login Icon to open specific URL

Hi all! I want to be able to set the URL for where the User ends up after being signed into an app.

For example:

We have an integration with Freshworks (which is a whole suite of apps) but we only use one service (Freshdesk)

When my users click on the icon in their dashboard, it authenticates them to the Freshworks website. They can then navigate back to Freshdesk... but can we set up where it redirects once you click on the icon?

Here's a short GIF showing what I mean:

When I click the icon it opens the first URL, but I want it to open the second one.
