    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    My recommendation would be to firstly check the provisioning settings on the Okta side (e.g. Create Users, Update Users) and make sure that this options are turned on based on your organisation needs. Additionally, I would make sure that the attributes used to match the users between Okta and the App, are the same on the app user profile in Okta as on the Airbase side.

     

    Also, I would try to re-test the API credentials just to make sure that everything is synched properly between the app and Okta.

     

    Keep in mind that if the user was assigned to the app in Okta before provisioning was enabled, it is recommended to re-assign the user to the app to make sure that the account is properly provisioned to the Airbase app.
