Users does not receive the 2FA SMS during registration - embedded API

Many of our customers are having a lot of trouble in receiving SMS messages during the registration process.

 

In particular 689 customers are blocked because they did not receive the OTP in order to validate the mobile phone and 202 customers are blocked because they did not receive the OTP in order to sign the contract
