I have been using Okta for 3 years and this is the the first time I've had this problem. I am an end user and I work at a large company; the Help desk states that this is a phone/end user issue and is unknown to them. I have not knowingly changed anything in the past few days, although my Android phone may have updated in some way. I HAVE SEARCHED YOUR SITE WITHOUT FINDING ANY HELP and https://help.okta.com/eu/en-us/Content/Topics/end-user/ov-user-trbl.htm does NOT have an answer.
When I try to use or open Okta it either
1) does nothing and does not respond (and I get a crash report) or
2) a white Okta screen pops up but nothing happens.
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and rebooting my phone. This does not help.
When I use an iPhone instead, there is no issue.
My co-workers are not having this issue.
Has there been a recent update that could be interfering with Okta on the Android? I would appreciate any help, please and thank you!
