sagarp.98734 (Customer) asked a question.
I have configured the Atlassian Jira application from OIN using SAML. (Used this link for reference:https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-Atlassian-Cloud.html )
I mistakenly skipped the StatusPage Base URL configuration in okta, the user face the following error & after clicking on "Try logging again, " the user will be able to log in.
Error-
Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in there seems to be issue in identity provider
After configuring the StatusPage Base URL, the users still face the following error & after clicking on "Try logging again, " the user will be able to log in.
Error-
Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in. Please try different authentication method
Please guide me to resolve this error, Thank You.

Hi @sagarp.98734 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
In the case of SAML implementations, configuration changes are applied immediately, so I doubt the issue is caused by the Statuspage URL misconfiguration. Just to be sure try other browsers/incognito windows to make sure there's no cached data that causes the issue.
You can use tools like "SAML Tracer" (browser extension) and perhaps the Atlassian back-end logs to see what could be causing the failure.
That being said, this sounds like a new deployment, so it might be easier to just start everything from scratch and check what else might have been missed. (ie. typo's, extra spaces where there shouldn't be, wrong URLs).
If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!
