Hi all,
Everytime i'm trying to upload a CSV file there is this error for the OrgUnit : Error(s) - Invalid value data type for property 'orgUnit'; orgUnit: Value for required property orgUnit is missing;
My OrgUnit is supposed to be User Account but when i input that into the CSV file I have that error.
What am I doing wrong here ?

Have you already checked this?
On the other hand, have you already extended Okta profile/scheme with OrgUnit attribute?
If it's so, what did have you set as Attribute Type?
Additionally, is this attribute imported from an external directory?
Maybe I'm not getting your point, so please feel free to share further info in regards.
Last, bear in mind that if you need urgent support would be better to file a support case.

Hello, yes I already saw this webpage.
I don't think I have extended an Okta profile/scheme with OrgUnit.
We do have several OrgUnit already setup for our users like user account/blocked/subcontractor.
What i am missing is the exact 'formula' in order to have the account user validated in the OrgUnit field when trying to upload a bulk of user.
Where can i look for the Okta profile/scheme ? We don't have an external directory.
