Transfer "Other" MFA codes to a new phone

I bought a new phone. I already installed Verify on it and added my Okta account. However, I have 10 "Other"/non-Okta accounts still in Verify on my old phone. How can I migrate them to the new app?

As an example, the Microsoft Authenticator app let me backup all the accounts added to the app to my Microsoft cloud account and then restore them to a new phone.

I know you can't migrate Okta accounts to a new device, but what about Other accounts?

I am not looking forward to setting up 10 apps all over again. I regularly get new phones and this would make me not want to use Verify for work apps that do not support SSO.

    Hi Scott Sweeten,

You have to reset the okta verify for other accounts also ,then only you can enroll with the new device.
