OKTA Verify crashes after start up - Samsung A10 - Android ver. 11

As the title reads, we have two separate users who are no longer able run the OKTA Verify android app on their handsets. It crashes moments after start up. I have taken the following actions but the issue persists:

Cleared the app cache via settings

Reinstalled the app via the Play store

Wipe the cache partition

Affected device: Samsung A10

Android ver. 11

A device factory reset is my last option and ideally I would prefer avoid taking this step, has anyone had similar issues and found a solution?

I wouldn't bother with the factory reset. I'm having the same problem on my Moto g7 Play (Android v10) and a factory reset didn't fix it either.

I have a user with the same issue, device:

    Xiaomi Redmi 9C

    MIUI 12.0.22

    Andriod 10 QP1A 190711.020
