Hi
I created a new user in Active Directory which pulled through to Okta, I had cause to deactivate and delete the user from Okta. I am now trying to pull the user back in from AD, but several imports and several days later the user will simply not come across.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get a deleted Okta user to reimport from AD?

Hi Lee Oliphant ,
You can select a full import as long as said user exists within a OU synced with Okta. Once you've run the import, the user will appear and you can them continue to confirm their assignments.

Hi, thanks for your response. It turns out it was a rookie mistake. When the user was deleted it was automatically disabled in AD, however, because I hadn't refreshed AD Users and Computers it wasn't displaying as disabled. Enabling the account in AD and performing a sync worked.
