We have configured Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud setup on Okta and we tried to Test the SSO from the Oracle side we faced the below error :
SSO Authentication Result: Authentication Failed
User Identifier
Authentication Instant
SSO Primary Status Code RESPONDER
SSO Secondary Status Code
SSO Status Message: The assertion could not be validated
Could you please help me out with this error?

It looks like the Oracle side doesn't like the incoming SAML assertion for some reason. If the assertion is encrypted then the key used to decrypt it is probably wrong. Or it could be server timing issue as well. If you capture web session traffic with e.g. SAML tracer (Firefox extension) you can see the SAML assertion(s) and what are the related timestamps.
