    Hi Brian Wahyu,

    You can reach out to your org admin to find the cause of the issue. From the system log he will be able to pull out the information. The System Log can be found in your Okta admin console under Reports > System Log or click the "View Logs" button in the user's profile.

    i also already forgot password step but i didnot receive the password reset on my email.

    so it sounds like you've your own Okta development instance which you can't login? I believe Okta support can help - see the "Get support" button on the bottom right.
