New phone okta verification setup on the account of losing the old phone

We need to setup okta authentication on a new phone as the old admin has left the organization and he no longer has access to his old phone , how to remove the okta authentication from his phone as we are unable to login to outlook ms teams and snow

    Hi,

    An Admin can reset MFA . Follow the below steps,

    1. In the Admin Console, go to Directory > People.
    2. Click Reset multifactor.
    3. Select the users for whom you want to reset multifactor authentication.
    4. Click Reset Multifactor Authentication. A confirmation prompt appears. Click Reset to proceed.
