Hi @[Mihai Negoita], the similar issue with my app where group attribute is always empty for user.
I followed the below mentioned solution -
"Make sure that the app is properly assigned to the user in Okta (check Admin dashboard for any failed assignment tasks) via a Group dedicated for app assignments, then leverage a separate group for the Push. See if that changes the outcome. "
Here are the steps I have done
- Create a user -user1
- Create a group - group1
- Use 'Assign People' in group section to assign user1 into group1
- Use 'Assign to Groups' in application section and assign the group1
- User1 gets assigned automatically to application and gets available in downstream application with empty group attribute
- Create a group - group2
- Use 'Assign People' in group section to assign user1 into group2
- Use 'Push groups' in application section to push group2
- Group2 gets available in downstream application with members attribute as user1
- User1 still has empty group attribute
Is there anything missed as I am still not having any group attribute though using separate group for assignment and for push ?
