Hello. I am new to this product, and it seems that if an online site requires MFA, then you can only have Okta supply that for the site if you have a SAML connection. Is that correct?
If it's SWA, then Okta can insert the password, but then you still have to do the 2nd factor manually. Or am I missing something?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
It depends a lot on the application capabilities if they support Okta MFA or not, but you have the capability to configure Okta MFA per application, including SWA applications. When a user clicks on the application tile (when MFA is configured for that app through the App Sign On policies in Okta) they will be prompted for MFA (the prompt for MFA will happen automatically) before the authentication is complete.
