When I try to access an app ( configured with swa sign on) from launchpad, I got this message when I click on the Okta browser plugin icon: "You don't have access the Okta browser plugin".
Do you have any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Can you check whether the necessary Okta Browser Plugin Permissions for Web Extensions are enabled.

I have this issue where I use Firefox/Okta Browser Plugin in customer spoke and Hub context. The SWA app is configured on the hub tenant.
On the other hand, when I made the same tests with my own Okta trial tenant with the same browser/Okta plugin , it woks fine .
