Firefox Can’t Open This Page (SalesForce Related)

OKTA set up for Firefox is disabling my ability to work with some admin tools in the back end of Salesforce. I work 95% of the time in Chrome, and do not have any issues. Occasionally, I will need to access Salesforce in Chrome and Firefox simultaneously so that I can test updates and changes. Today, I encountered an issue with Firefox that will not allow me to access the User object in Salesforce. The message indicates this is due to an OKTA setting

Firefox Can’t Open This Page

To protect your security, vulcanindustries.okta.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.

When I attempt to open in a new window as suggested, it just goes back tot he main homepage for Salesforce.
