In demos of Okta, we saw a colored frame around the browser window when working within the environment. Is this a setting that can be enabled or is that a specialty feature when using a third-party vendor?
In other words, how can we delineate between an app or website opened within Okta vs. outside?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I wasn't able to find the demo that you were referring to but Okta offers functionalities to configure certain pages by either using the customisation functionality from the Admin Dashboard or by using an Okta Sign In Widget that can be configured based on your company needs.

I think this is not the built-in settings that they offer. Enabling the advanced okta settings will do the job.
