I'd like to create an API token for the application administrator.
But it seems that only super administrator can be allowed to create an API token.

Only super admins, org admins, and group admins have the privilege to create tokens.

Hope this helps..
Why aren't there other ways to create API tokens with even less access then one of the admins. Even the Read-Only Admin role would provide more access than some API Tokens should permit...depending on use-case.
