SteveF.43392 (Customer) asked a question.

Having an Issue getthing the "MSEXCHHIDEFROMADDRESSLIST" attribute into Office 365

We have Local AD here and I have installed the Exchange Schema. I have set the MSEXCHHIDEFROMADDRESSLIST as true on a few mailboxes and it is not getting to Office.

I have added this attribute to the Directory Profile, The Okta Profile, and ensured it exists in the Offie Profile. I also made sure this exixts in the Mapping of Okta User Profile to Office 365 Profile.

When I go to a user who I set to "True" For some reason they are still showing as "undefined" in their Okta Profile after a user import is done. A differential update) WHat am I missing?

    Hi @SteveF.43392 (Customer),

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

My recommendation would be to make sure that all the AD agents are using the latest version and once this is confirmed, I would try to re-add the attribute to the schema.

Additionally, I would make sure that the mappings from AD to Okta are configured properly to be certain that the value of the attribute from AD comes into Okta after an import. I would also perform a preview of the mappings to see if the proper value is appearing there.
