As an okta administrator for my company, I'd like to provide the application list that my company provides via okta for my company employees (okta users),
How do I provide the list of them?
My company has about 100 apps to provide but I have no idea about how to provide the list of them.

For this you can use the Self Service application access, where you can make only your Organisation applications to your end-users.
