urz01 (urz01) asked a question.
My sheets connection is not working properly; I'm trying to search through a column on this particular worksheet "Okta Data" but it sits on "waiting" and never loads the data on that worksheet. It only does it for that worksheet--the other 2 worksheets load the columns fine. The account used for the connection is the confirmed owner of this spreadsheet. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello,
The connection has to be functional or you wouldn't be able to leverage any of the Dynamic Drop downs. So for example being set to "No" on use ID the using the spreadsheet drop down to find the "New hire..." required an authenticated API call to build out that list using your connection.
I would suggest the following tests:
1) Save the flow, Exit the flow, Re-open the flow, Delete the Sheet card and re-add it, Step through the process again.
2) Delete the Sheet card and re-add it, Set it to (yes) on use spread sheet ID, Attempt to leverage the spreadsheet ID
(example ID: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/128i6ut8QmXy92aOX9zdKsDT1ba0XL1gYFXjxqQ4IjNM/edit#gid=0)
3) Duplicate the Sheet. Attempt to target the newly generated sheet.
4) If all above result in the same behavior a HAR file would be needed.
https://help.okta.com/oag/en-us/Content/Topics/Access-Gateway/troubleshooting-with-har.htm
The HAR should show "Adding the card, doing the drop downs, reaching the problem condition, then wait about 2 minutes to allow for timeouts (which are usually 60 seconds for most vendors).
I tried all your suggestions and continue to be stuck on "Waiting":
How can I receive further assistance with this? It's blocking critical changes to our workflows.
Hello, thank you for your response. I have already done all of the above unfortunately, to no avail. It's only this one tab within the sheet, and the references to the sheet work elsewhere in other workflows that are already in place. Unless I try to refresh the fields, in which case it gives this exact same error. So odd!
