Custom Attribute Values from Okta not flowing into Salesforce

Hello - We've created 3 custom attributes (Department, Division and Title) in Okta and the values to these fields are coming from Active Directory. We previewed the values on these fields on a test user record and they are matching with Active Directory but when we push these values to Salesforce, they are not getting populated. In the same operation, we are also sending User First Name, Last Name etc. which are Base fields in Okta and the values in those fields are populating correctly in Salesforce. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
