Would like to know if I can target a specific directory for password expiration. I know there is an option to do this through Directory > People but we want to scope to a specific Active Directory.

At this time we do not have an option to expire a password from Okta to AD, the only option available is to expire a password in Okta.
You can add a Feature request on our Idea section to have this as a possible feature in the future.
