When trying to add multiple user roles to a user being provisioned in Azure, it will only assign one of those roles.
For example: we tried assigning Security Reader and Global Reader roles to a user, but only Global Reader role was assigned.
Is there a fix or workaround for this?

Depending on how you are Provisioning users in Azure this might be expected behaviour. However if you are using the Office 365 application to provision users and to assign roles, there should be no problem to assign multiple roles with proper push to Azure.
