Hello,
Is there any way to provision any users in the okta application through their roles or title?

By default Okta users should have 4 main attributes: First Name, Last Name, Username and email address. During provisioning you can add additional attributes to the user profile, if the application in question supports the attributes. However the import can not be triggered based on roles or title attributes.
