We've got a SCIM and OPP Agent in between ERP -> Okta. When going to the SCIM App and doing "Import Now," 200 records are scanned. I confirm them, and they are "Staged" in Okta. Then when I hit "Import Now" again, the previous 200 are "deactivated."
The goal is to get all roughly 80k users into Okta and send out Activation Emails on our launch date. Is there a way to bring over the entire Materialized View at once rather than doing 200 at a time and dealing with all the deactivations?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have tried to do some research but I couldn't find a documentation/article that mentions this limitation (importing only 200 users), therefore I would assume that this might be a misconfiguration. My advise would be to re-check the configuration and make sure that everything is set accordingly to your organisation needs. Additionally, I would recommend to make a comparison between the users that are imported and the users that aren't to see if there are any differences between them that might cause for these accounts to not be imported.
