ecvhp (ecvhp) asked a question.

"Detected a high number of potential app unassignments..." Where does this data live?

This must be a super simple question. I'm banging my head against an import and trying to find 56 erred accounts so that they can be remediated. I can't seem to find this information in the logs, reports, etc. Where do we go to find the names of these accounts?

"UserImportJob: Detected a high number of potential app unassignments from user removals, (56 out of 806). 6.9% of all app assignments, which is above the threshold of 5%. Suspending all import jobs."

Thanks!

  • @ecvhp (ecvhp)  Unfortunately that data does not show in the System log, this can be seen only in our back-end logs and we can only see the userID of the affected users.

    Thanks for the reply Paul!

I'm definitely familiar with the Reports\Import Monitoring section of the portal. Within that 'import failed' message, it's stating that 56 out of 806 user unassignments would occur if allowed to proceed. If I view the system log messages for that failed app import, I do not see any place where those 56 user account names are listed or detailed.

Are those not listed anywhere? How does one recitify these kinds of import issues if the accounts in question are not shown?

Understood, thanks. Is that data that I am able to request?

How do other people resolve import issues like this? Just continuing the import and hoping for the best (e.g. not stranding 56 users from being able to log into an app) doesn't seem like best practice.
