Is it possible to remove any user-added on-the-fly app for users centrally once we added the SAML capable version for this app?

I gave my users the ability to add on-the-fly-Apps (the ones where the browser plugin asks you to save the credentials in okta).

Many people used this to save the credentials to our HR system where they request vacation etc.

Some time ago, we connected that system to okta via SAML.

The problem is that people still open the old wrong app in their okta dashboard or browser plugin.

Is there a way to centrally remove all of those on-the-fly-apps for a specific domain?

    Hi @CarstenW.33950 (SFLX),

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

I have done some research but unfortunately it seems that when the on-the-fly-app is added by an end user, admins do not have the capability to remove it and only that user will be able to remove it from his dashboard.

If you would like to see such functionality in Okta, I would recommend to submit a feature request. The best way to file feature requests would be from the community site.

Once feature requests are submitted they are visible to other Okta admins, who can vote on them to provide more visibility. Using this method will allow you to maintain visibility on your feature requests throughout the process.
