We've recently had an issue with some of our users attempting to add an account to their Okta Verify app. When an iPhone user scans the QR code received they are getting this screen:
Has anyone else experienced this? We're being told it's because of the spaces within the code. This is a newer issue and hasn't happened in the past. Any recommendations on how to fix this?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have performed an enrolment test on my environment but unfortunately, I haven't encountered any issues during the process therefore my recommendation would be to check for differences between the users that cannot enroll and the users that do not encounter this behaviour. (e.g. enrolment policies).
Additionally, I would recommend to also try to perform a Fiddler trace while replicating the behaviour as additional information could be captured that might indicate the root cause of the issue.
