When attempting to “Force Sync” for the integration between Okta and UltiPro (UKG) we receive the following GUI error that reads “Great Success” and nothing updates. We are attempting to change the UKG report by removing Home Phone and adding a separate field from UKG and map it to Okta. However, the changes from the report are not being recognizes in Okta as a field that can be mapped. It still shows Home Phone which the report no longer provides.

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I would recommend to try and capture a HAR file trace while reproducing the behaviour as it might contain additional information about the error that is being thrown and it might show the root cause of the issue.
