Hi all,
I was wondering if there is a way to disable user provisioning for a small group of Admins in Salesforce. We would like to set it up that all users are deactivated in Salesforce once their Okta account is deactivated, except for Admins in Salesforce. Is there any way to make this possible? Currently Okta does not support any method of achieving what you are looking for. If Provisioning is enabled, all operations (i.e. Create, Update, Deactivate) would apply to all assigned users regardless of roles or permissions.
You can suggest feature enhancement on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
